At first glance, the planner can look a little bit complicated. But don’t worry, the system is designed it to teach you how to utilize the paper planner. Once you get the system down, it’s an easy process, and you will be able to create 3 months of content and beyond.
Simple and clear design and layout throughout the planner to keep you organized and on track.
The Start Here page gives you the opportunity to start mapping out your content plan for the next 3 months.
The Action Plan page is a checklist that you can refer back to during the month, to make sure you are on track with developing your content for the month.
QR codes are located throughout the planner. Simply point your smart phone camera at the code and you will be taken to a web page with more information, tips, and how-to’s. These pages will be updated with new information to stay relevant and provide up-to-date tips and inspiration.
The Calendar spread is where you will map and track your content for the entire month.
You will return to this spread quite often to list your post titles, check off the type of post it is, and to follow-up when you are not sure what is coming up for the week.
Everything is clearly labeled and you have ample room to write.
The Anchor Content page will do most of the heavy lifting during your content creation process. This is where you will brainstorm ideas, and pick what you want to start with.
There is ample space throughout the planner to make notes and to keep adding thoughts and ideas to your pages. This planner will become your go-to vault for content ideas!
All of the “Post-Type” pages will have the same layout for ease of use and consistency.
Track the Post Type along with the Channel you will be posting in.
There is also a Progress Bar at the bottom of each page so you can see where you are at in the content creation process.
Each Post Spread has space to collect ideas, and continue to build out even more ideas for future use.
This framework will give you content ideas well beyond the 90 days!
You will have 2 Connection Posts, 2 Expert Posts, and 1 Original Post for each week.
30 Day Review pages will help you gain insight into what worked and what didn’t throughout the month.
Set yourself up for the next month by reviewing what you need to stop, start, or do more of during your next month of content planning.
Don’t forget that there are QR codes throughout the planner to help you when you get stuck!
Once you have completed your full 3 months of content planning and posting, now you can review what worked, and what didn’t, and make a plan for the next quarter.
